Remember that really cold, really windy weekend we had last week. You know the one – the day before and the day after were absolutely lovely but that day in the middle was so blustery that it almost tore my roof off. That was the day I had a family shoot with Rachel and her family. I offered to let them reschedule, but they decided to embrace the wind and the rain instead. This should tell you something about them.

They are the most fun loving family I have ever met! Not only were they totally relaxed and goofy in front of the camera, but they brought along rain boots so that they could play in the water! In November. In Seattle. In the wind and the rain! I can’t tell you how much I love that.
